U4-U8 size 3 (fall 2025 and spring 2026 seasons birthyears 2022-2018)
U9-U12 size 4 (fall 2025 and spring 2026 seasons birthyears 2017-2012)
U13+ size 5 (fall 2025 and spring 2026 seasons birthyears 2013 and older)
Shinguards
Water bottle
Grass or Turf Leagues:
Soccer cleats
No front/toe stud (some leagues do not allow this, which is common on football cleats)
Futsal Leagues:
Flat bottomed shoes (indoor soccer shoes or tennis shoes)
Optional:
Hand-held ball pump
Bag or backpack for equipment
Sunscreen
Bug spray (especially if practicing at Vineyard Park)
Goalie gloves (U9 and older, if goalie)
